I didn’t have fresh ginger so used 1/4 tsp homemade dried, worked really well. Made up coconut milk using 100g Creamed and 300g hot water. Highly recommend the swirl of sriracha too!
Definitely having this again 😊

Definitely was a great way to use up the carrots I had!
